About the new update,a little help?

So...................it make some months since i last got on FH because i wanst able,i already reinstalled it more then 10 times(im with a new computer btw,and yes i have EVERYTHING the game needs),and now that i found the new update the SAME still happens,i miss so much getting into FH but......idk how to get in it!im with everything right,i already removed the homes of my characters already made them go to lonely cave(or the default home XP),i already did everything!but my FH still dont log in.....so.....if someone could help i would be very thankful!!

So, ye already went to the character panel on the forum and reset e'vryone's home yet y'er still running into issues getting into the game?

Ye didn't 'ave any files at all from the old FH in y'er laptop, correct?

Can ye log in to the character selection screen? Or does it not let ye go even that far? Try making a new character if ye can get into the character selection screen and see if 'twill let ye in then.

Also, keep in mind that the server might be a bit heavy with all the users trying to get in all at once c:
Also, you can try resetting your router in case it's your internet ^^

it doesnt even show my characters just the login screen,like if im trying to connect without internet

Oh! Are ye logging in with the Play Game tab? Ye can find that tab at the top right hand corner of the forum on the navigation bar or use this link here:

Ah, well this seems like more of a connection issue rather than a problem with the new update. Try restarting y'er router to see if that fixes anything.

Could be because of so many users logging on or trying to get into the game all at once ^^;

well its not only me,other people of my country are with that,so i think that all i can is wait,maybe a new 'update"i dont know,i just dont want to leave Feral Heart,because i love this game so much(its alsot he best game to do music videos XP),all i can do is wait.......and try......or not

Oh yes! It makes sense now. We 'ave been seeing some connection issues lately with Brazil. Our sever master is working on that though, so no need to panic. Ye should get y'er game up n'running as soon as Raz fixes the problem. Sorry f'er the inconvenience.
