Transparent Portal "Fix"

I keep seeing that people (myself included) didn't like how the new portals look since they are really transparent.

I honestly didn't even see this portal until I changed the texture LOL



Simple Fix for that:

Put this file into: C:\FeralHeartNew\media\textures
