I need Preset help

So I spent about 5 hours making a horse preset - a blue roan to be specific. The preset is a left/right preset. I fixed all that in the notepad, and was able to see it/export it without any problems. However it seems when people download my .fhp file my preset doesn't show up. All my files are fine, but I think it may have to do with the file name, being; Kyodaina-kira_4.fhp. So I am convinced that it's the dash between the Kyodaina and the kira. I need help as quickly as possible - also I know for a fact that I've had a preset before on this very account, but I can't remember how to fix this problem. Are you making sure they are putting the downloaded files in the right folder?

Yes, I had three differnet people check, and three different people check to see if the file name was correct, and everything was in place.

Symbols has nothing to do with the file name I believe. I have presets saved from friends that have symbols and I'm able to see their presets just fine.

For You:
Make sure that your files are, in fact, matching up, down to the name, file type and all of that. When you export the file, make sure you're uploading it and you might need a new link just in case and then, send the link to your friends.

For your friends:

Make sure that they have IN FACT replaced the file in the presets folder when it asks to replace the file in their destination.
I have had some presets backed up from others and I replaced ALL the files just in case and they're working. So make sure that they're replacing the files when asked to.

I've completely removed the .fhp from my FH, and exported it - after I did that, I had a tester who is familiar with presets who downloaded the file. They saw my name a Kyodaina-Kira whe it's Kyodaina-kira (in game/my username), so tried both the original name it had, and the capital K. And it still didn't work, so I honestly have no idea what's goine on. v.v

That's odd.
Did you export it as your actual username that you use in-game?
That's probably why if you're changing the lettering to something else. You need to upload the file that's tied to your username that's in-game.

While it may be such a simple mistake, your file name seems to be rather long, so make sure it's not misspelled anywhere, not in the files or the coding. Even a single missing letter could throw the whole thing out of whack.

Thank you guys for your help, but with all your tips I managed to fix it. I exported it using Kyodaina-Kira, instead of the lower case, and it worked. Thank you guys again so much for taking your time to help me! <3
