Failed to connect to front server!

So I just got the update and everything, but now when I try to login it says "failed to connect to front server". I've tried using different browsers and my mobile phone to open the page, but I keep having the same problem. I also tried running as administrator but that also didn't work. I don't have any protecter things like Norton or McAfee, so that isn't the problem.
Any ideas on how to solve this quickly?

On the top of the website's page, you'll see a "For details see _Here_" click here, and then login on the site on the special page. Then reopen FeralHeart, and log in.

Try restarting your router or change your rendering system. That might do the trick.

A lot of users have been getting this problem. I'm honestly not too sure what to advise.
Perhaps there's a server issue with your region?
Or it could just be the massive amount of players online.

Hey... by chance, could it have to do with how accounts are linked to the server? I mean, the fact you have to have the special log in page opened in a tab, perhaps some kind of firewall blocks access from that to the actual game...? itsabadtheorybut... maybe?

Did you try then login tab and allowed FH through the firewall?

I tried changing the rendering system, but that didn't work. I've heard about issues with different regions, but where I am (the US) I haven't heard of any server problems. I disabled the windows firewall but that also didn't help. Maybe it is just a massive amount of players online lol.

I've been using the login tab the whole time btw.

It may also be a server-sided issue. As far as I know considering how many players there are in-game, the server may be cutting off some people who have weaker connections. I have a high connection but experience frequent game crashes (more than when the game was not updated). This may be a server issue though I'm not sure. Just throwing out some theories like everyone. I'm not a real techy person when it comes to internet connection. Though I have also heard that it may have to do with your router not letting FH in through its ports (again I've heard this from a sibling of mine involving another game I cannot play due to ports we unfortunately cannot access in our router due to not knowing a certain password). This might be the issue though. Your router might not be letting it through. You can try looking this up and maybe it might help some. Hope you are able to get in-game soon though! ;3;
