"Failed to connect to front server."

I have tried logging in to FeralHeart but I always come up with the error saying "Failed to connect to front server." I am not sure what to do. I have downloaded the new update for the game. It will not allow me to connect to the front server though. I tried everything to connect to it but nothing seems to be working. Is there something that might be wrong with my router or just my game in general? Is there anything I can do to somehow get it working? Thank you so much.

Not sure if the site is down(?) since another user is having similar issues.
Did this just happened or was this already a problem?

Before this update, I was able to login just fine. I had to use that tab that you had to keep open in order to login, though. I just downloaded the update though and for some reason I am unable to login to the front server.

It could be because of the site maintenance that there will be times where the server might be a bit wonky.

Have you made sure that your proxy is off?

Tried running the game as an administrator?

Restarted your Router? Or even tried using a mobile hotspot if you have one?

Tried Logging into the tab via cellular device or another computer?

How do I turn my poxy off?

Okej, go to your Tool Settings and select the Internet Options.

From there, you'll click the connections tab and select the LAN settings.

Finally, uncheck the box with the Use Proxy Server for your LAN and hit 'Okay' to return to your internet browser.

Ah, never-mind. There seems to be a new issue. Every-time I try to connect a character to the map server it says it can not connect. I can see all of my characters when I login though. I have reset all of their homes but I can not connect to the map server when I login on a character.

Not only do you have to reset their homes, but make sure that you're Sending Them Home as well. Then try again and hopefully it'll work ~!
