Feral Heart login page not staying logged in

Okay so, whenever I try to play FH, I log into the login page and keep it open like it says. I then get on the game, start to make a new character, or try to play, and it just randomly keeps logging me out before I get a chance to save my char or play the game. This has been happening for about three days now, and it's really getting tiring. Someone please help me, and thank you so much everyone.

Have you considered getting a tab refresher? or even trying a different browser?
Also, try creating your character in tiers / sets if you can. That way you won't have to redo the entire process whenever you lose connection / get tabbed out.

May I ask what a tab refresher is? And I've been using this browser ever since I downloaded the new update. It just recently stopped letting me play. I have no idea what's going on. It won't let me play on my chars.

Firstly,
A tab refresher is basically what it is. It refreshes the tab every certain amount of seconds and it helps users stay on. You can look up some tab refreshers on google and some options should come up c:

As for your characters, you need to reset your character's homes and then SEND them home via user panel. It's the yellow box that will be in the corner when you first get on Feral-Heart on the main page.

Okay so new problem.. I got the refresher, and it works. So thank you so much. But now my wolf is running slow like she's in water... Constantly.

It might be the lag. Are you in a heavily populated place(?)
Have you tried switching the rendering systems?
Turned your water reflections off & water distance to 0?

No I haven't tried those things. I think everyone runs like that. Like the running sound is faster than the actual running.

Ah,
I assumed that you meant that they were running extremely slow. But yes, the character's runs seems a bit slower than usual, so you could be right on that one. ^^
