Objects Disappearing -.-
« on: June 28, 2016, 07:26:55 pm »
Ok, so I have some Acia Trees in my map ((at least in Map Maker.)). I also have some Small Rocks in my map ((at least in Map Maker)). When I click TEST, everything looks good - everything shows up. However, when I log into the game and visit the actual map, some of my objects just poof - they're gone, invisible, nowhere to be found. This only happens ((so far, at least)) to the Acia Trees and Small Rocks. This is very frustrating because they show up in Map Maker. Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried changing rendering systems?
Make sure that everything is in the correct folders as well.

Keep on traveling across this road called 'Life.'

Well, of course they're in the correct folders. The small rocks and trees are in FH already, like they're in normal FH maps. I didn't download them.

If they are custom objects try making a object group for each of them in order for it to appear on the map.

They aren't custom objects. ;-; I said that they came from the FH MyTrees and MyRocks folder, which is automatically in the game when you download it. And changing the rendering system didn't work.

Since they are in the object group that came with the game they won't show up.(MyTrees, Default, etc.)  You need to save them into a new group and hopefully they should show up.

^ What fireboss said. I've had this occur as well. What you have to do with the objects you've used from (My Plants, My Trees, My Rocks) is that you have to copy them to a new object group. And as for their placement in the map, you can go into your "MyMapNameObjects.cfg" in your map folder in C:\FeralHeart\media\terrains and change the (My Plants, My Trees, My Rocks, etc.) group name to the new group name that you have placed the objects you've used into.

Sorry for the explanation being kind of jumbled up. Hard to figure out a good way to explain it. xD
