Presets still won't show up for others

We've tried putting Lowercase "n's on the exported file and Uppercase and none of them will work. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?

Before you enter the preset maker, have your username in the box exactly how it appears in game. Then go into the preset maker, select your preset and export it. Make sure that there are no (1) or (2)'s after the .fhp, it can't be a copy. Also make sure you are giving your friends only the .fhp file and having them put it in the FeralHeart>>Presets folder. They must also restart their game to see it.
