"Failed to connect to front server" Loging Error

I just downloaded this game and set it up for my sister, and when we type our information in the game login screen we get this errpr "Failed to connect to front server" but it works for the website... Any help would be apretiated! Thanks...

Are you using the Play game tab and logging in? If not go to the right corner of the screen and press Play game. After that log in with your information. Finally open up Feralheart, and make sure to keep the tab in the corner of the screen or at least open so it can log you in, and you should be able to play.

Im having this same issue, with the tab open. I dont understand, I tried looking at all my log-in information to see if I missed something...

Nevermind mate, turns out you have to run the game as Administrator. Its the ONLY way to get past the issue. Hope this helped out

@Pikachu  i am running as administrator. so that isnt the problem. and wereis this "play" tab located? is it on the site or is it on the game client.

the play game tab is located at the top of the forums, with the "home", "forum", etc. things are. hope this helped <3

thank yhou that did help. I found the playgame tab and kept it open while i attempted to login, but it doesnt work still. im getting the same error...

I figured it out thanks for all the help guys, the "play game" tab is something i didnt know about and i wouldnt have figured it out without knowing about the tab, tanks again@@@
