Game wont let me log in!!!

Hi I had a Feral heart account and it worked perfectly,, then I let my friend use it realizing that I have an extra one... When I try to use that one it does not work... It gets to the character creator page then it says "Loading" But it never loads and the website logs me out.. When I tried my first account it was nothing wrong with it... Is it my account? Game? Internet? What is it? I reinstalled the game and its folders 2 times and also switched the rendering system alot of times and the same thing happened.. Once it loaded and I got to make my character but it said "Failed to connect" (Something like that)  Am I doing something wrong?

Try using a tab refresher on the login page. It will keep you from logging out in the middle of trying to get into the actual game itself.

You can try using this realoder: Reload Every
All you have to do is to login from here (Login), then type in your username and password.
After that, you just have to right click and select your time.

Make sure your internet is strong as well. Weak wifi signals can cause issues for people

Thanks everyone but it's still doing the same thing.. I resetted my router and even tried the Refrest Every.. I also had to download Firefox.. But nothing worked...

Maybe you should try Chrome and see if that helps?

I was using chrome the first time but Refresh Every made me download Firefox because its a Firefox Add-on

That shouldn't have happened. Try using refreshthis.com. It's the one I use and it works on any browser, since it's not a plugin.

Nope... Not working.. I wonder what could it be... My friend tried to log on using that account and the same thing happened to her..

That is indeed strange. Have all of the characters on that account had their homes reset and sent home?
