cant log in on the "play game"

Hey there
 i cant log in to the game, when i log into the forum and click on the "play game" i want let me log in there and it falis to conect to the game server what can i do. i all ready cheked my proxys and dont have any what i can see so i hope u could help me out

When you login to this page your "IP address" (the place your connecting from) is allowed to communicate with the game server. As the game server is not on the same node as the website it can take up to 60 seconds from point of login to being allowed to connect.

Give it a minute or so to connect and then launch your FeralHeart game client and login through there with the same account.
Make sure to have cookies enabled and to do not run the browser in incognito/private browsing mode. Also, there is a possibility that you may be banned right now - send a PM to a staff member for more information.

If what Moon suggested above doesn't work, you may want to try using a different web browser to log into the play game tab with.
