Preset Program Question

All I'd like to know is if Paint Tool SAI could help me create a preset? I usually use it to draw and I'm sure it has the same uses as photo shop or gimp BUT I want to make SURE cause I don't trust my own opinion. If anyone has ever used SAI to create a preset and succeeded I'd love to know! Also I'd love if anyone could direct me to some cool textures for my preset. Thanks for any answers!

Yes, SAI does work for making presets. It's actually one of the prefered software for many.

These are mostly canine, as these are the ones I know and I make mostly canine presets. I recommend looking around deviantart. (In the collections on the right hand side on some of these links)
