A friend in need of major help!

Hello! I'm posting this on a friend's behalf, as she is unable to log into the site, and is having site trouble and feralheart trouble. Here are both of our skypes, in case you'd like to message her/me.

"Greetings staff, my name is diamond1. or more importantly diam0nd1. i came back after a couple of months to get back in to roleplaying. so i uninstalled and downloaded the wrong patch by the looks of it, in the old exe file. so then dark helped me with the new one for the mediafire link of the recent patch. now here's the problem: I can't get in. I've literally done over 80 passwords now, and changed over 14 different passwords all each with an extra 3 times to try and get it to work and to no avail, hasn't worked. I've tried logging in through the forums as i keep seeing in threads, but it does not work either! I've tried putting my first password in but I've completely forgotten it ( hence the 80+ password attempts) and then I've changed it. these new passwords DO NOT WORK!

I've tried getting access to the forums to make a post about it myself, except by the looks of it, i need a different username and password, but that also brings with that i can't make a new account their either! can somebody please help? i'm completely stuck. thanks ~ diam0nd1"

From the sounds of it, she's tried logging into the login page, I'd just like to confirm if this is what she's been logging into:

You also have to wait a few minutes after logging into the login page before opening up the game and logging in the game client
 I'm thinking a staff member will be able to help with this more. You should message one on behalf of your friend, as she isn't able to login and explain the problem. They may also find this too and talk to you here.

Okay. Umm, have you managed to log into the account and use it within the past 18 months?

"I do not recall. but i am almost positive i have."

Okay. If you can remember that would help confirm if the account is still active. Accounts older than 18 months (2 years) old that are inactive, or haven't been logged into, get removed and erased from the server. If you send your login username and the email that you used through PM to a staff member, they will be able to tell if the account is still on the server. But, I did some looking and it seems as though your account is still active if your username is diam0nd1 on FeralHeart. Here's the link to your profile that I found. You were last active in April 2016.

Still, I'd recommend talking to a staff member about it. They may be able to help recover a password. Maybe all of the password change attempts failed, i'm not sure.

(DarkHeart here) No, I haven't sent in a message to any of the admins yet. Which admin should I message? I haven't checked the admin list in a long time, so I'm unsure of who is still around/has left.
