Map maker crashing game

It happened when I was waiting for the login page to let me in. I went to the creative den, and clicked map maker. It crashed me, and  I thought nothing of it. But now, it won't let me in at all, and I was planning to make a map.

Try checking in your particles and in your my_objects folders for duplicate particle files. That seems to be a common reason for crashing like that. Sometimes the filenames will end in _0 or _1 if they're a duplicate

Hmm...Perhaps try switching your rendering subsystem?

I believe that may be the screen that appears on start with a list of options to choose from.

  I apologize, I'll explain it better for you haha. 

It's in your settings under the Video tab. If you're on Direct 3D9 change it to OpenGL and vice versa.

I occasionally have problems where I crash out of nowhere and I can't pinpoint what it is. So, you're only crashing when you try to open map maker, correct?

Also what mods do you have installed, if you have any?

Yes, I'm only crashing when I attempt to ope map maker. And I have no mods, yeah none.
