People need this.
add hoodies in with the item pack as well.
Please could someone do this?

Try not to boss people around with making packs ^
But I'm sure someone has made a pack with shirts and stuff; If there's not try to wait for other people to respond. As item making takes a long time.

1.) Use your magic words, like please and thank you.
2.) Seeing that this is more than a delicate task, a simple request is not enough. You would need to commission someone, with money or dA (deviantART) points. It indeed takes time, effort, and patience to make the mesh, item, and to get it working in-game.

However, the closest thing to a hoodie/shirt would be to make a preset featuring a shirt/hoodie OR the already made scarves/handkerchiefs within the legendary item pack.
