Failed to connect to front server / Cannot log into server

Hello!
I'm posting this thread to help my friend, who is having major issues with loging into the FH server.

She can log into the main FH website, but when she opens the Play Game page she cannot log into the server, it just refreshes the page.
No popups or error messages either!

When she tries to log into the actual game the "Failed to connect to front server" pops up.

I've been surfing the forum for ages, sought out tons of solutions but no answers seem to do anything.

She has tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the entire FH game.
- Restarting her computer.
- Internet is secured and holds no problems.
- Fiddled with the firewall.
- Tried the User Panel- again all it does is refresh the page.

Her FH game did work perfectly fine before the update!
She thinks she should create a new account or wait it out.

I'm out of ideas.

Any suggestions?

Try using a different browser for the login page, like Chrome or Firefox.

Try using a different browser, I always use Firefox and it seems to work perfectly fine, Chrome not so much as my pages like to refresh for some reason.
But apart from that I don't think there is any other information/ideas I can give you, But good luck to your friend.

Some of the files in her computer may be messed up, I would suggest they check the files for FH before trying to play, or where the FH file is located. (Not sure if this will change anything, But it's worth a try)

This doesn't seem to work either.
She still thinks its her personal account causing these problems.

She thinks about a month ago.

Alright so her account can't be deleted then. It may very well just be a waiting game for it then. Could be a little hiccup with her browsers.
