Having trouble logging in

I finally got access to my old account and I'm trying to log into the actual game but it is not letting me. It keeps telling me that its the incorrect username/pass but its not, what do I do?

Make sure you're not typing in capital letters or typing it wrong.
If this doesn't work, Make sure to use the login page.
Found at the home page>play game>sign in.
If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what to do.

Hmm, incorrect password usually isn't the error that pops up for this but are you logging in to the login page before you login to the game?

Have you downloaded the new update?
The information can be found here if not.
Also, it's important to keep the login tab on in the background while playing the game.

Yes, I'm logging into the home page and then into the "play game" tab. I've made sure to make sure I'm not typing in caps. I guess I'll just wait about 30 mins and try again.

Could be that there was an accidental space in with your password. I'd just do what you're doing and make sure that no extra spaces are added in your username and password

If everyone above doesn't work, I would suggest PMing a Mod/Admin to help you.

Is the username over 17 characters long?
I believe that is the character limit- If I'm not mistaken. The game won't let you login and play if so.

As Fallen said, The character limit is 17 characters long, If your username is longer than that I'm afraid you will not be able to play. You can either wait for registration to open back up (Don't ask for a release date we don't know.) Or, If your friend has a spare account you can use that.
