reg has some issue for a friend

im simply wondering if anyone elses friends are having this issue with the new registration
a friend of mine recently just tried to sign up on a laptop in our house, they were told after clicking to continue on the registration screen to go check their email for their activation message
they've been sat here for like 10 minutes and havnt gotten one and YES they've checked all their folders including trash and spam and have repetitively refreshed to no avail on the activation
they cannot log in either as since their not activated their account "does not exist"

Its so so so so SO SO RARE i ever log into the game i am always found around the forums usually at my inbox or the help forums.
My username in game is rink if you find another user using rink it is a fake.

Registration may still be a bit buggy as it has only been brought back very recently.

The best way to bring this to a staff member's attention is by PMing them all the details and information of your problem, as only they can handle emails and activation right now ^^

Make sure that you used the correct email; typos are a common thing
