Can't Get uTorrent!

UGH! I got this lame new computer in which I can't even get on the websites that I used to be able to get on like DeviantART or Tumblr. Windows 7 sucks! The webpages won't come up, but when I try to download uTorrent to get Feral Heart, I get this stupid note!: "You require permission from the computer's administrator to make changes to this file", but I AM THE FREAKIN ADMINISTRATOR! I chose the administrator account for this computer just to get a stupid note like that??? Is there anyone else having the same problem???

Try right clicking on the thing and select the "Run as administrator" option.
