Where to download more items? (And how?) {solved}

I believe I need to download the Legendary Items pack to get more... well, items, haha. However, I'm unsure of where to download it. I don't use torrent/mediafire/or anything else, so I need a web download...except that I can't find one. Does anyone have the link to it?

And, also, I don't know how I would apply it to my game. I'm not an expert at files, so if someone could provide an explanation of how to do that, I'd be very grateful.

Unfortunately there isn't a web setup, so you'll have to use the mediafire link provided by Arctic~
