I Need help here please...

Well, hi. I recently just registered and I'm TRYING to log into the site & game (And yes, before you start asking me if I officially confirmed the activation, then I have).

 Apparently when I try logging in to the main site, it does nothing but sit there and just erases my username and password that I placed into both parts and correctly too.

 If I try logging in to the "Play Game" Section it also does nothing, I've only managed to log into the forums somehow w/ my username and password done correctly.

 When I try logging in to the game it waits for a minute and then says somewhere along the lines of; "Couldn't connect to the front server, try again" I had the play game tab opened and it does absolutely nothing to help.

 I REALLY need someones help here, as I'm extremely confused here.

When i'm having the username poof issue on the Play Game tab, I usually close the tab then reopen it and everything works just fine. If this doesn't work for you, try using another browser or reloading the browser entirely.

It might also have to do with your cookies. You can clear your cookies by going to the three dots (if using Chrome), History, Clear Browsing Data, and uncheck everything but Cookies & Cache.

Sadly enough, it didn't work at all. I tried using Firefox to do both, they both dissipated, I cleared my cookies and caches, that didn't do anything, I closed and reopened the tab and it still did the same thing and I DONUT know what to do nooooowww! \.> n <./

This is most likely an account related issue. The same problem has been occurring for other people in the topics here:

My instructions for you will be the same as the others:
You and another user appear to have the same problem. I recommend messaging a staff member. It seems to be an issue with your account.

Try checking your email and seeing if you got any kind of email about a password change. Some users have been sent this by Raz as there have been issues with accounts not becoming fully activated recently. If you didn't receive any email of that sorts, message a staff member.

Alright, I have RED about the proxy's (Haha Creepypasta, kill me now plz) and seemly need assistance to try and turn to see if their on or off.

Your help is pretty much a god's blessing right now and considering I am currently using a SONY laptop I could kiss the floor right now.

Oh, and yes I did get the email about the activation and have done so already it's just the fact that FH is being an arse to MOST of us right now, but thank you for the consideration of giving me the link to message a staff member about the problem and to try and get help.

To turn off a Proxy, goto the Chrome three dots again, Settings, scroll all the way down to 'show advanced settings'.
Now, you can ctrl + f search 'Network' or scroll till you find it, and then click 'Change proxy settings'.
This will open a new box.

This should have 'Connections' selected. On this page click LAN settings and then uncheck 'Use proxy server' and hit Apply.

This should turn off the proxy if you have one enabled.
