"Tab required to play" not registering changed password?

So I changed my password, and seemingly the changed password didn't register for the "You must keep this page open to play" page, thus rendering me unable to play the game. If this is a recurring problem for anybody else or has already been answered, please notify me.

Did you activate the new password by clicking on the link provided in an email? (You probably did but I figured I'd throw it out there)

Try simply waiting a minute or two and see if that helps, but also keep in mind that there was forum maintenance recently and it seemed to have messed with accounts etc

Try using no caps, that worked for me. I used caps and it didn't work.

Also, refresh the page and try typing it all in again, again no caps. If that isn't it, I'd change it again or try using an old password of yours you might have had.

I checked my emails after changing my password. There was no information on said password activation email, just the one I changed my password from.
