Game doesn't load

Hello, I need help with something. My game keeps loading at the "character menu".     I can start and log into the game without a problem. But then it doesn't do anything else, just keeps loading. I  tried to reinstall the game. My internet connection is totally fine. What should I do?

If you're trying to use a character that you used before the release of the update, then go into your userpanel and reset their home and send them there.

Are you making sure your login isn't logging itself out? It shouldn't be doing that at all now but it doesn't hurt to look.

I checked many times, the login is logged in. Still loading. Forever loading I suppose.

You could always try changing your rendering system. On your main screen when you open the game go into options>video and there should be two choices at the bottom, Direct3D9 and OpenGL. Just go to the un selected one.

Hmmm... when ye re downloaded the game, were ye sure to delete all the old files? Some old, corrupted files may still be floating around, causing trouble.

Try running the game as administrator. That usually fixes these odd problems. Right click the icon on y'er desktop and select the option that says "Run as Administrator".

Is this a new issue f'er ye or has FH always done this when ye tried to play? Download any mods, item packs, interfaces before this issue revealed itself?

Made sure that I removed old files before trying to download the game. And this issue is very new to me, it didnt happen when I played a few years before.
