Can't log in (Help!)

~I am currently using my friend's account~   (Please understand why)

Because I attempted to change my username on my account (Accelevi) I made sure to see if the name I was choosing was taken, it was showing it wasn't. So I clicked 'Change' the page logged me out
and when I tried to log in using the new name, the page would refresh and want me to log in again. I've tried using my old user, same thing happened. I also tried emailing the Userchange email address and I would get errors saying the email couldn't be sent to that address.


Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, Accelevi was my previous name, I tried changing it to the name Ciel.

Yeah, Accelevi was my previous name, I tried changing it to the name Ciel.

I am 110% positive it was the username that I tried changing. And yes, I did try to change my username through the user panel.

Weird...neither Ciel nor Accelevi exist in the member search. I wonder if your account was somehow deleted? I can't imagine how but...that's all I can think of :c

As Bloo said, the username "Ciel" and "Accelevi" no longer exist. However, are you positive the name was just "Ciel" that you changed it to? Here is a list of members with the name "Ciel" included. Maybe it could be one of those if you're not positive on it.

Are you sure you've typed the name of the email address properly? Do you remember the email of your account?
You should use the email, which is attached to your account. In the message you have to include your old and new username.
Then, send the message to [email protected] and wait for a response.

It sounds like your account may have been deleted due to inactivity I suppose, staff did just do a clean-up of old n' inactive accounts.

*Facepalm* This is embarrassing.. 

Also must apologize for my mistakes.

I didn't change my name to Ciel, I changed it to Mikaela. I don't even remember anything about doing that! How I found that was, I logged into the game using Caswin's account and looking at the friends list  and seeing the name Mikaela ( I was like wait a minute o-o) So yeah, very Sorry if I wasted anyone's time T-T
