textArea is not showing in-game?

So, as seen above, the textArea.png file doesn't seem to be working properly. I've tried downloading FeralHeart again and replacing the textArea file with the other one, but that didn't work. I'm not sure how to fix this, and was hoping someone else would know what to do.

It did this with me when I first started playing FH.
The only solution I got was downloading a GUI mod.
I'm not sure if there is another way to get it to work.

Yeah, I tried downloading a GUI mod but it still wasn't showing up. I'll try a different GUI mod.

Try different mods that would replace the file.

If not, you can try a fresh re-install to make sure everything downloads correctly. It might have skipped it.

I found a GUI mod that fixed it - Bubblegum.
I found a topic discussing the same problem, and yes, it seems downloading a GUI mod(Bubblegum for example) seems to work.

When you say it isn't working properly, do you mean the file isn't showing up in your folder or it's there and not appearing in the game? You could always try changing your rendering subsystem too. But glad you found a solution with another UI.
