Preset Trouble

A couple users have repeatedly said they weren't able to see my preset, with or without the sync. I've renamed it after I switched usernames and re-exported and re-uploaded it to the sync a couple times. They can see the file in their folders but they are unable to see my preset in-game. Could anyone help me?

The preset may be too large, and when you think you're uploading it to preset sync, it may actually be failing. Next time you try to upload it there, make sure you look to see if it says "Upload Successful" or "Preset Too Large". As for individual downloading, make sure your friends are placing the preset files directly into the "Presets" folder, not the "Public Presets Folder". The Public Presets folder is where all presets attached to preset sync are stored.

It would show up if it was too big! ;o;, like a notification.

I hope it works out for ye, if not, you can always contact a staffer if it comes down to it! Because if it did upload then there is another issue, especially if it was placed into the wrong folder.

Nah, the preset isn't too large. The upload was successful multiple times. I'll tell them that then to see if that works. Thank ye, for the help!

Just going to add one thing, be sure the preset files is named correctly. Anything besides "SugarAddiction_(preset number).fhp" will not work and people who download it or 'ave PresetSync 'twill not be able to see it.
