Will I have to register all over again?

Okay, so I've recently re-downloaded FH after a long time of being away-- about 2 and a half years- I realized every time I tried logging into the actual game it kept giving the same message. "Failure to connect to front server" So I did some research, I didn't want to jump to conclusions and be like "Wow, this dumb game isn't working" (This game isn't dumb I've always loved it, high school has just kept me busy, hence why I haven't been on it in like.... forever)

Anyways, after doing some looking around I believe I found the problem. I discovered that after 18 months of inactivity (2 years) your account automatically deletes itself. This would make sense and all, but if that's the case then why am I still able to long on to here? Does this also mean I have to wait around for registration to open again?

I always get the same message whenever I try to log into the game, however I wasn't away for more than a day or two when that message came up. It's been around a year and I haven't been able to find a solution because I made a new account but it still gives me the same message prompt.

Well you could try using the Play Game tab if you haven't already.

But if that doesn't work then you can try contacting a mod or waiting till registration is open again.

But yes, I believe that is your issue. It's an extra security measure that is now needed to log into the game itself

Yeah, sadly I already tried the game tab as well. Fallen Angel, I hope this thing gets fixed soon, Feral Heart has always been a loved memory of mine.

I'm not sure if this is actually possible, but what you could do is trying contacting a Member of Staff (preferably an Administrator) and see if it's possible to regain an account; although when deleted I don't think it can be retrieved, and I do believe you'll have to register again.
Apologies for that inconvenience, yet after 18 months; there can be an impression that you won't be returning at all, so that's why it's automatically deleted from the game server.

You could try making your own thread regarding your issue in the Game Help section of the forums, as it seems that you might be going through a different problem since you haven't been away for longer than 18 months.
Nevertheless, make sure you're logging into the Login Page with your game account and having this tab open in your browser before you try and succeed in logging into the game server - once you've finished playing and have logged off of the FeralHeart game, only then can you close the tab and the browser you're using it in.

My game is working now thank you for all the suggestions! Everything has changed so much but I'm glad I can play again.

Okay.....so I made this new account, tried it, and its still saying failing to connect to front server..... what do I do now?

Nevertheless, make sure you're logging into the Login Page with your game account and having this tab open in your browser before you try and succeed in logging into the game server - once you've finished playing and have logged off of the FeralHeart game, only then can you close the tab and the browser you're using it in.
