Preset mane help!

Hey guise! As you all know I am just starting preset making!
I make my presets in SAI, and have tried all different coding for the mane code and it still ends up like so (white blocks in it) -



I also save it in PNG, so can I get some heellp please?

also try using GIMP or something other than Sai if the problem still is happening.

It's still there, the white blocks.

  When using SAI, you need to erase the white, you can also use the transparent tool.
You'll need to export it as a .png and when the 2 option things come up, click the bottom one.

It's still there, both white blocks. I did as you suggested as well, I think I might have to make them in GIMP. We will see if it works then but any other suggestions are great<3 ;;

Yeah Sai seems to have a lot of problems with presets. Also with how it gets saved with the program.

I also work with GIMP. but PS works too.

I used to have this problem very often, but I now use a different PNG file of the mane I came across while browsing the internet. Would you like me to create a link for you to download this PNG and see if the blocks go away?

I got it to work in GIMP and will have to do with that, thanks for the help everyone anyway.
