So when ever I log onto this account (on the login page [play game] ) and I go onto the game and try to login it says at first:
Username/pass is incorrect (or what ever if you spelled your pass wrong) and then when I click log in again, it shows that I'm not connected when I am clearly

This only happened when I changed my other account, MythexNACL to MythexMoon can someone help?

  Have you by chance tried reloading the web browser (Login page) and FH? Sometime's that help's when i am having troubles.
Has it allowed you on the account before? After the User reset. I would also make sure that the login browser isn't reloading when you go to game, make sure the browser is open (Not minimized), that has been an issue for many.
If i remember right it is Case sensitive so be sure that user/pass match up on both game and the login screen. Otherwise i'm not sure i can be of much more help.. Definitely curious if its something other so i can know for future reference when trying to be of assistance.

I:  First I wanted to get my second account a new username, changing to (originally MythexNACL) MythexMoon.
II: When I wanted to play the game on this account, at first it wouldn't let me in because it kept saying my password was wrong when it wasn't. But when I clicked 'Log in' after that message, it says I can't connect.
III: I've already tried to reset this username to something else and changing it, but I don't know anything else ~

1) Try opening the Play Game tab and waiting a few minutes before trying to login.
2) You need to open the Play Game tab BEFORE you open FeralHeart otherwise it won't connect. (A bit silly, I know.)
3) Make sure you're trying the password correctly.
4) Try using your old and new username in case FeralHeart hasn't quite registered it yet.
5) When you use the Play Game tab make sure that you're logged into it using the account you want to login for FH. (If that doesn't make sense please ask me to explain it further.)

thanks, the weird thing is all my other accounts work

Sometimes when people change their usernames it doesn't verify with the User Panel, and then you end up not being able to log into the User Panel again, the Login Page, and the game itself. With this issue, I would try sending a message to [email protected] using the email that you've registered the account with. Include your old username and the new username (the one you've tried changing it to). Please don't include any other content in the message, other than information regarding your issue. Messages like "hi c:" will be ignored. It's also a good idea to wait 48 hours for a reply, as they won't be immediate.
