Failed to connect map server

Hello, I get to play feral heart now (after 8 months) but all what I get in all my characters even the new one I created is "Failed to connect map server, Retry?" I trying since 1am (GMT -3) and actually it is 1:23pm here and I still getting same error. Tried the Reset Home then Go Home thing and disabled my firewall and antivirus temporarily and it still the same thing, I already don't know what to do, I tried in my friend computer too and my Girlfriend one and I get the same problem.

I use Windows 7 Ultimate in a Semp Toshiba computer with Intel Pentium 2.4GHz, 1.5 GB of ram and a Geforce 7300 GS. And I installed feral heart in a different disk than mine (It is because the principal one is for my dad work things) Instead install it on my principal that is H: I installed it on P: there are some problem related to it?

And sorry for my bad grammar and english, I'm not a native english speaker.

You could try running the game as an administrator. That tends to help a lot.
If that doesn't solve the problem it could just be your internet connection.

Well I tried run as an administrator now and still with the same error, I don't know if it could be my internet connection since I was playing other games minutes ago..

It's good to make sure that you don't have a ton of tabs open (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram) for example, since it can bring down your internet connection when trying to play FH.

Might I suggest changing your rendering system to Direct3D9 if it isn't already, usually it runs smoother and connects with that one checked. If this isn't the fix, please check back so we can help further!

Hello thanks for your sugestion I already running on Direct3D9 at 1024x768. And well I needed to install feralheart in P hard drive there are some problem about it? because when I formated my computer it considered my CD drives and Flash Drives before my Hard Drive so I got a H: in my hard drive...
