Transparent Preset issue

Hi,i tried to make my first transparent preset,but everytime i test it the place that should be transparent is white,i have a image

Im beginner and still learning how to do presets,can someone help me?

I'm not sure, I've never used FireAlpaca for presets, it should work though!

Adding onto what Reg said, as long as the coding is all correct it should work.
