Failed to Connect to Front Server

Hi there.

Went to load up the game after not playing for awhile and I am receiving the error message shown below. I have gone ahead and uninstalled the game but the problem persists even after reinstallation. Does anyone know how to fix this or know of what may be causing the connection issue?

Make sure you have the "Play Game" tab open and running in the background behind your game window. It's best to wait about a minute before logging in, and always keep it pulled up and not minimized.

To add on, just giving you a heads up, the page will time out automatically after 30(?) minutes, which may cause the game to crash, however, you can download a tab refresher for your browser or automatically refresh it now and then to be safe.
