The void is located in Lonely Cave and I already tried what you have suggested, yet it still didn't work. I've already tried to reset the home as well. The homepage is also pitch black as well, but I can see the logo and login.

How exactly are you having an issue? What you asked gives very little detail.

Have you checked your c:>FeralHeart>Media>Particles folder for duplicates?

e.g} Smoke_0 and the numbers may increase. If there are duplicates simply delete them. {Be sure to ONLY delete the duplicates aka the particles ending in _0 _1 etc }

Try changing your rendering system as well as deleting the duplicate files in your particles folder. Instead of using 'OpenGL' switch to 'Direct3D9and vice versa.

Screenshots or record it? Easier to see what it's doing, might be good idea to check you're particles though too.

Open your folder, go to wherever your games files are (for me it's under "This PC" tab under OS (C:)). You'll see "Feral Heart", open it go to media>particles. If any of the particles have a (**insert number**) delete that file then restart the game. If the doesn't work show some screenshots or record what it does.

Since you're saying that you have to click 'Ok' in order to try getting ingame, then you must be seeing this:



If so, then you can't change your rendering system between OpenGL and Direct3D9 the normal way, which is through Feral Heart's Options \\ Video. Instead, you will need to locate the ogre.cfg found in Local Disk (C:) \\ Feral Heart, and open that up with Notepad. Once you have done that, delete everything inside and replace it with the following code and then hit CTRL + S to save, or 'File' then 'Save' in order to save it:

If that doesn't work, then you could always try removing duplicate particles ending in _0, _1, _2 (etc.) in Local Disk (C:) \\ Feral Heart \\ Media \\ Particles as people are suggesting, or this:

Right click the Feral Heart icon and select 'Properties'.



Go to the 'Compatibility' tab and check the box next to 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' and select what you are currently using in the dropdown box. If you're unsure, then experiment with different ones.

If the void is in Lonely Cave, it is likely that there was a problem with the game installation and maybe the map of Lonely Cave didn't get installed in its correct location for some reason. I would recommend a full reinstall of the game. Make sure you delete the old FeralHeart folder before installing a new one, however.
