Question about neons.

Hello there!
I have a question regarding neons.

Would a canine with 20-20-20 black/grey pelt, 118-220-255 blue underfur, and 255-255-255 white markings be considered a neon?
She's my favorite character, but I'm too afraid of being harassed to properly use her in places other then Lonely Cave.
I could change the blue to grey or brown, but then she'd lose all her charm.

Also, do names factor into being a neon? I just want to make sure I'm alright on this.

That doesn't sound too neon at all!
And it doesn't matter if they are! If that's your character go and play her <3 there's nothing wrong with that.

Honey if that's the character you want to make, make it. Don't let anyone shame you. Sure, people can complain that bright colours can be a bit much, but it should never have to reach to the point of harassment. If it does reach to point of harassment, then you report that user to a moderator for doing so, and block them afterwards. If they somehow manage to unblock you, as it is possible (by some method of glitch), then make sure you report that too, as that also counts as harassment to an extent. If you are unsure of how to report a user, look here.

Be as creative as you want.

Just tested out the colour codes to see how bright the colours were, and not at all!
The colours are actually quite pastel, particularly the underfur, and do not appear to be blinding whatsoever. If anyone harasses your creativity, I'd use that good ol' Block button and be rid of their discourteous attitude. c:

Much like the others here have stated, you be exactly what you want to be in this game. Don't let other people's unjustified negative feelings towards a certain type of character make you feel like you can't express yourself. My OC is kind of fits into the neon category with her black fur and gold markings and I love her to pieces!

The design you have in mind looks like it will look great!

Here's a thread you might want to have a look at to reassure you! There are others who enjoy the neon look and most of us find it unfair that there seems to be such a prejudice against them.

I thought people stopped complaining about neons. But if someone tells you "Hey your neon can you change it i hate neons" then Ignore them but the other suggestion would sound more like a retort. but Be creative. nobody can stop you.
