It looks like you're just posting the direct link to the webpage instead of the actual image. You'll want to just right click on the image and click "Copy image address" (or similar) to get the image url. It should end in a file extension like .png, .jpg, etc.

In your case, you'd want the url "https://i.imgur.com/CQtSNaT.png", then just surround that with [ img ] and [/ img ] (without spaces)
