Preset won't work for others.

Ive made sure the file has the correct name (Aka my username) ive exported it many times, Ive tried to upload it to Mediafire and FH site and other people still can't see it. Please, any advice?

Are you making sure that your preset file has the same letter case as your username? Your username on the forums appears to be "CrypticJekyll" with a capital C and a capital J. If that is what you sign in under ingame, make sure it matches the preset file.
For instance, you sign in as "CrypticJekyll"
Make sure the preset file in question looks like "CrypticJekyll_#.fhp" not "crypticjekyll_#.fhp"

I sign in with crypticjekyll onto Fh, thats why I was confused. If it was CrypticJekyll when I sign in on FH i would have made the fix. However I will try it and see. But for when i sign in to fh my username is all lowercased.

Since your forum/site username is shown as CrypticJekyll, I would export the preset under that username. The way presets work may be picky like that. You can do that by simply signing in under that username once and then exiting out and once you reopen the game, enter preset maker and export the new version with your capital-lettered name. Then send that new file to a friend or two to test it before you upload it for the public just to be sure.
If that ends up not working, try a different folder as you stated above.

Not sure if you've tried this already, but this has happened to me.

Go into FH > Presets and DELETE the exported file you created.

Sign into your character with your username. Take note preset files are CAsE SeNsitIvE

Go into Creative Den and Preset Maker.
Export the file again.
Give that file to your friends.

I do that and it works every time. If it doesn't work, I am unsure of what the problem is!

I'd like to add that others would need to re-download your preset after changing it and restart FeralHeart. They might not see it if they never closed the game! o.o
