Failure to connect to server

Recently re-downloaded the game and it will not allow me to connect to the front server. Connection is great, I'm logged into the site, I have no firewall, etc. I don't understand why I can't connect. I've been trying for hours.

did u have the play game tab open while you're trying to connect?

if you do, Try reloading it, the issue could be that you didn't reload the tab

Yes, I was logged into the site as I was trying to connect.

- Give your browser a few minutes after logging into the game tab before you open up the game client and log in there.

- Also, try logging into the Play Game tab through a different browser on your computer or mobile device.

Do you by chance know if you have any proxies within your browser?

A proxy or proxy server is basically another computer which serves as a hub through which internet requests are processed. Proxies will make it so the IP address of your browser (where you're connecting to the login tab page from) and the IP address that you're connecting to the game client with are different from one another, thus, causing connectivity issues. If you are unsure if you are running a proxy, try this:

- Go to https://feral-heart.com/myip/ and make note of what IP address is listed there in the upper left corner. Do not post that IP address here as that is for your eyes only.
- Then, download this http://www.feral-heart.com/myip.zip, run it, and see what IP address it gives you when it is complete.

If these two do not match then you are likely running a proxy in your browser.

I'm not sure if I'm just misunderstanding what you're saying but you're signed into //this// if I'm correct?
If you're not and you're just signed in on the forums then it won't let you connect.
If you are in fact logged into that then you can try multiple things:
- Try restarting your computer
- Check your internet as it may be slow
- Check your firewall
- Run as an administrator (May somehow fix the situation, it's always worth a try.)

Yes, I was logged into the "Play game" area. Connection = Strong, Firewall = Already allowed the game past it.

My proxy numbers are different, how do I fix that?

Check out this website here for information on how to disable proxy settings on each of the three most common Windows browsers.

If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser's cache, cookies and other settings by looking at this website here and then restart your browser and your computer.
