Is it okay to download 4.3 and down legendary items and markings?

I know that the later version were deleted, but since I've seen download links to the original ones, so is it okay to download them? I'm getting kinda annoyed at everyone looking like marshmallows but I don't know if I should install the original ones being I think they were also removed. Sorry about this, I'm just kinda confused. >.<

By the way, kinda unrelated, but I reinstalled FH on my new laptop, so that's why I'm trying to reinstall the mods and stuff.

There are still downloads to the totally updated versions (even though the DA page was taken down) and they all work fine.

Nah, everything is good to go on that front. The DA downloads have been down for almost (if not) a year now, and most people are just getting it off of the Mediafire links now.
