hmmm...i have a problem connecting to FH

i just clicked the "Play Game" button and log on my account and then when i start the game and log on...it says "Failed to connect to the game" and after like trying for 5 hours to log on...it still can't connect to the game, plus...i have a fast connection and it does not disconnect at any game...oohhh i need help rn, is my IP banned?...or...what is it?.. there is no way my ip address got banned for nothing... i just got this new internet modem and then ;-;

Sounds like maybe your internet had a little hiccup recently? Perhaps try restarting your computer, disconnecting and reconnecting to your internet, and/or restarting your router

I believe you're on a broadband cable connection, which is provided by your local cable TV provider.

Here the cable Internet connection speed varies with the number of users on the service at a specific point in time. Given a specific geographical area, users of the broadband cable service share the connection bandwidth which slows the speed the more users are on the system. This will occur at the peak times for example late in the evenings after the work day is over when many people will be accessing the Internet.

i also tried that and it still didn't connect to FH ;-;....also that info you've said is true, but its fast enough to load every sites i've searched and other unknown sites.

Firstly, I think I should clarify that you are not banned. When banned, you would be notified on the login tab page that you are and not be able to sign in there. So that is definitely not the case ^^

I would definitely re-try signing into the login tab from a web broswer or phone.

- Check for any proxy connections that would cause your IP addresses on the login tab and on your game to be different from one another. Information provided here:

Proxies will make it so the IP address of your browser (where you're connecting to the login tab page from) and the IP address that you're connecting to the game client with are different from one another, thus, causing connectivity issues. If you are unsure if you are running a proxy, try this:

- Go to https://feral-heart.com/myip/ and make note of what IP address is listed there in the upper left corner. Do not post that IP address here as that is for your eyes only.
- Then, download this http://www.feral-heart.com/myip.zip, run it, and see what IP address it gives you when it is complete.

If these two do not match then you are likely running a proxy in your browser.

its still didn't match the ip address and i also disabled the proxy settings and still..;-;
