So, after waiting so long time its finally here! Im proud that i can announce my first alpha version of this project. Its not something great for now, lot of features are missing but you can now play this game with friends and enjoy it!
Im releasing it in this state, becouse i need to check if everything works, there are not critical bugs etc.
With this, im releasing first "helpMe" doc. that contain pretty much everything you need to know. How to register, how to login to world, how you can create your preset and how other players can see your preset etc.

Try it and write me your ideas or opinion and with that, we can do it better. See you in game! :3

(For now, there is 2 things you need to know after you log to game. 1) there is no global chat yet (only map local) 2) If game and server disconnect for some reason, game will immediately close. Its not bug, its just that i need to figure out how to reset things right and without bugs so for now its easier if i will shutdown your game and you will log again.)




This look great so far. I downloaded the alpha, but I can't login as it keep on the logging on server.
I tried to read your help me but the link are not working for me. Would you accept to put the link for the help on this thread?

I've been following your project for a while now and all I can say is that I'm really intrigued and excited. Keep up the good work!
A little suggestion: Don't you think it would look more neat and organized if you change the position of the buttons in the game to give more room?

This sounds great, and I do really see the possibilities here. I just see one issue for the future... Once it's finished, would this be a replacement for the current FH or would it co-exist next to it? You don't need to have an answer right away, but I feel like this could be an important point of discussion if you decide to show it to the FH staff.

I believe something similar was brought up when someone asked and unless they changed their perspectives, from the sounds of it, they basically made it for the community from what I gathered and followed on this thread.
As for the asking part, I believe they have already contacted the staff about it or else they wouldn't have released the download right away so I believe the staff are in the know about it c:
So.. it might just be something to coexist along with the game but also adding some new elements that can't be really added into the current 'Feral - Heart' if that makes sense.
Of course, this is just what I picked up during my time stalking the progress, so don't quote me on that. Lol.

Ohh, man! Good job! The mini game looks really neat. I have honestly not downloaded the game, just seen it from screenshots (I am waiting until it has a lot of stuff on it. I tend to abandon games when they don't have much ^^" Not on purpose, i'd like to believe), but it still looks very amazing. Will this "new feralheart" have a new name? Or maybe a site? Maybe that should be for the future, when the game has a firmer base and you're not doing that much stuff at the same time. Also!! I wanted to ask if it would be possible to submit custom markings for the game. For example, somebody private messages you a bunch of files with markings compatible with the FH body on them. I don't think i would, but maybe someone else would like to help increase character designing variety and they could do this by sending you markings for the game.
Also, what about double markings? Would that be possible too? If yes, i think you would be considered a god among the FH community if you added that lmao

This actually looks really good so far! I'm shocked how much progress you've made in a relatively short amount of time. I'll definitely be watching this to see where it goes in the future.

I'm assuming most things are WIP or placeholders and will be changed soon, but I do have one suggestion if its possible: maybe add boxes to directly input RGB values or show what they currently are in the character creation menu, like in the original FH? Since I know myself and a lot of other people are kinda picky on the exact colors of our characters, and it's sometimes difficult to replicate them just with a slider. Hopefully you get what I mean, I'm a bit bad at explaining :o But I really like the work you have done so far!

I haven't touched FH in nearly a year now, but you've certainly gained my attention! This game is severely outdated and clunky, I'm glad someone has stepped forward to work on it.
This game is long overdue for updates. Had it been up to me, this game would have been scratched entirely, but I'm glad you have faith in it to bring it into a new engine. With Unity, the possibilities are practically endless compared to how it was in Ogre. I do hope Map Making will remain, it's my favorite thing to do in the game (probably the only thing), but for now, definitely focus on the bare bones of the game and go from there.
Keep up the great work! You're doing well so far. If you need any artistic help, I may be able to help depending on what it is. This project definitely needs more people on board to help you out.
