My friend has Password Problems :(

I wasnt too sure on where to post this question, but my friend is having some problems logging into his FH. Since he cant login and ask for himself, I'm asking for him.  So here goes

Problem:   
He hasn't been online in a while and wants to play again, but has forgotten his password. After trying a bunch of different passwords, and none of them worked, he went and tried to reset his pass. After getting and email and resetting it, the game/site still wouldn't let him in.

He cant get a new account, because open registrations are very hard to catch, and he cant login. Please Help!

Was your friend sure they activated it? In the email they should have had a link that led them back to the FH site and it should have said that the password had been changed

If your friend has been away from FeralHeart for longer than 1/2 years then his account could have been deleted, as that's what happens to avoid inactive account cluster.
