Is the F3 camera visible?

I F3 all around the grounds when I get bored.

I find it amazing when creatures look directly at the F3 camera. Not only does it amaze me, it also makes me wonder... Is the F3 camera visible at all?

It is not. I have a lot of friends who love F3ing around but you don't ever see it. Besides I think everyone would be seeing it a lot. So when someone turns to look at your camera, it's not because they see something, it's just they happened to turn their head at the right time.

It surprises me too.  i don't see the camera. But i know it's there.  i know most people don't use it to get the most aesthetically pleasing view like i do...  but you know from their reaction they're using it.

((side note, i know a game where it is visible, and i used to watch noobs shoot at it for lolz))

No, nobody can see the camera. Just as I explained, it is invisible. Nobody would know you were looking at them through F3 mode unless you told them. And besides, lots of people F3 so you would THINK you would have seen it by now.

To be honest, a mod being made for the game (if only it were possible) where you'd see the multiple F3 cameras zooming around stalking you, would actually be quite the laugh. Although it would probably cause multiple errors/lag issues, pointing out your fellow stalkers (particularly if they don't have said nonexistent mod) would alarm the lot of them.
