Can't Log In?

I just redownloaded FeralHeart after being absent for quite some time, and whenever i enter my username and password when i go to sign in, it loads but then a message pops up that says "Unable to connect to front server" My internet works and i even tried restarting the game. does anyone know what the problem might be? Are you using the log-in tab?

List of your possible problems:

-Wifi Issues like connectivity and signal strength.

-Forgot to have the "Play Game" panel opened and signed in as you play.

-Not having the most recent version of FeralHeart.

-Connection interference from too many people using the same wifi or too many devices connected to the same wifi.

Any of these could be the culprit, make sure you troubleshoot and see if any of this could be the issue. I added not having the most recent download of FeralHeart because actually when I first started out I accidentally downloaded the wrong version and since it was outdated and most not supported anymore by the server, it caused LOADS of problems for me.

Possible solutions for issues:

Wifi Issues: Reset your router/modem by unplugging it for 10 to 20 seconds and then plugging it back in, then try again.

Forgot to open "Play Game" Tab: Click on "Play Game" and sign in, keep that page open while you play at all times.

Connection Interference: This one is typically only with really crappy wifi but is still something to consider. Turn off some of your devices that are connected to your Wifi or play closer to the router.

Adding on,
If all else fails, another possibility could be that ( depending on how long you haven't played the game ~2 ( ? ) years, the server would kick out the inactive accounts.
But again, that's if all else fails. Hopefully it's just something as what was already listed.
