Help Making Tail Meshes

Hi!
So, I was just wondering on how do I completely make a tail mesh for the model....
I'm not sure if I need Blender (Which I'm bad at using to make things) or something like coding.

Is there any way I can get any help on how to make a tail mesh? If so, please tell me.

Although there was another tutorial that supplied pictures, it's no longer available..
However, I did stumble upon another tutorial.. It has no pictures of course but it has all the necessary downloads that you would need to make meshes.

Of course, there's some other tutorials out there that's possibly on youtube as well. There's also floofs on here that are willing to help ya out if they can. c':
