Blank Preset Mane

So I searched up ways to fix the transparency problem with my first fh preset (yeah, apologies but I'm a beginnier) and found this, https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=26062.0. Then I went to check my mane and was given this problem

Anyone know what I did wrong?

Edit: I do have the file number correct

Make sure your mane file is .png and that it is set to .png in your coding file.

I see your possible problem. Your mane file is named "preset_7mane.png" Rename it to just "preset_7mane" and see what that does.

That's not it's name, that's the file type, I still tried though.

It's fine, and yeah I've done that countless times and it doesn't seem to do any good. But thanks for trying~ (why does that sound so mean I swear I'm really thankful for your help)

’Allo! Would ye be ok with sending me the preset files? I may be able to fix that mane texture if I can fiddle around with it. ^u^ I’ve had these issues a few times m’self and ‘ave always seemed to fix it somehow.
