Legendary Items Not Working

So, I recently downloaded the Legendary Items and Markings pack. The markings are working great, but I'm not getting some of the items off of the Legendary Items. I've tried re-downloading it, replacing everything, and I still don't have some of the items. I'm missing the spiked collar, spiked bracelets, and the chain link collar. Could someone help? Thanks!

Click on the bar the scroll button is on, but click just below the scroll button until you find the items you're looking for ^-^

Have you tried opening the items.cfg with notepad & searched for them with like, CTRL+F or something?  Some items CFG from 2 years ago were flawed.

They might have an old thing, one example is a favourite bowl or dish, it's broken, pieces are missing, why fix it?  With gold and pieces from other dishes?
