The blue WoW elf[?] is a new admin (possibly sponsored by Blizzard) who is being kept secret from us. The biscuits represent the player base whom will be baked for all the staff members to eat. Don't believe me? If you look closely there are six biscuits in the image, one each for every admin/mod.
