PRESET HELP - Automatically deletes

This has going on for awhile, and its ticking me off, no matter what I do, when i re download my preset, and keep it as a private, YET IT DECIDES IT'LL AUTOMATICALLY DELETE. I've seen absolutely no one with this problem, and it annoys me when I go to see if it's happened to others or seek help, its never there... So basically, I download my preset, and equip it on my character, then people cant see if even if its downloaded right and my user is typed right
I leave fh by exiting and it COMPLETELY deletes the preset's file for others to see. >_<

Do you have Preset Sync? If so, move the preset from the Presets folder to the PrivatePresets folder.

Perhaps copy and paste that preset file onto your desktop as a backup location before you exit out of the game so that way you have a copy to place back into your presets and PrivatePresets folder after you exit out. Sometimes placing it back in after it has deleted itself does the trick and keeps it in the folder.

Hmm, have you tried exporting the preset under a different preset number?

Yep. I've removed preset sync and I have yet to know from members of a venue I'm in... Hopefully someone installs my two character
s presets and hopefully they'll see it, if not I'll make sure to get back to you.
