Friend Cannot Register

My friend and I have been fussing about this for about a week already, trying to get him registered everytime the registration was open. However, everytime (and he repeats trying over and over every registration opening) him (and I who is equally struggling to get him an account) get this message: Oops Somthing went wrong.Please go back and try again. Everytime. No matter what email (we tried even a game only email). No matter what username change. No matter if we are the first one lined up or when the minute changes to closing. We still cannot get him registered. Please help us. (I really need a rp buddy that I known for years heh)

Registration is currently bugged out and won't allow anyone to register despite registration being open. Our server master Raz is the only one that can fix it and he is really busy now, so I'm afraid they'll have to wait until he can fix it. ^^;
