Preset Issue

Hiya! I made a preset for my good friend Bluey and I gave her the files. She then exported it to her characters and sent me her .fhp. I put the .fhp into my presets folder but when we walked up to each other she could see MY preset but i couldn't see HER preset. somebody please help me out!

Does the user on the .fhp match your friend's user exactly? Capital letters included?

Um. Update for myself, it still doesn't work. Even after I fixed the capital letters.

Make sure that her preset file [that you put in Presets folder] doesn't have any numbers at the end of it.
Ex. D-ead7Dog.fhp(1)

Also make sure it's the correct preset. I have sent a few wrong presets  to my friends thinking they were the preset from folder 7 but instead it was 2. XD
To add on also, try re-downloading it and put it in the Presets folder again. I have had to download a preset twice and put it in the folder [again] to get it to work.

Hm. I don't think any of that seems to be my issue... I .fhp is called BlueyTheWolf_9.fhp if thats what you mean by numbers but other than that, I have no clue.

Make sure your friend, BlueyTheWolf is logging in just like that. If the preset you sent them was titled using all the correct capitalization, they must login using the correct capitalization. For example, the preset is titled BlueyTheWolf_9.fhp. They must login as BlueyTheWolf for it to show up, if they logged in as blueythewolf, it won't work.

Make sure they also exported the preset to the same slot number that corresponds with the preset folder they used.
